In patients with extracardiac sarcoidosis with a normal echo, what ECG findings should prompt further investigation for cardiac sarcoidosis?
I know to look for bradycardia, AV block, and NSVT, but I wasn't sure of the predictive value of these findings plus what else merits follow-up. The paper attached here reviews some other findings that can be observed in cardiac sarcoidosis, including fragmented QRS complexes and the appearance of the T wave in lead aVR. I'm not sure there's anything practice changing in here for me, but, it was a nice reminder of our current observations.
